Yourtoolkit.com provides a free, step-by-step guide on personal safety, support services and money matters for people facing family and domestic violence. Yourtookit.com was founded in 2019 after a conversation between Rosie Batty AO (former Australian of the Year and someone who faced domestic violence) and Lyn Beazley AO (former West Australian of the Year). Lyn asked Rosie what we could do to help. Volunteers, industry professionals and women with lived experience came forward to create Yourtoolkit.com as a response. The web-based solution utilised the benefits of technology to get behind closed doors, where domestic violence occurs, and help those facing domestic violence break the cycle of abuse. In 2022, the brand underwent redevelopment and rebranded with the new ‘Yourtoolkit.com’ name, introducing a new, user-friendly website. The reposition reflects the brand's presence as an online hub that connects women to services and information, empowering them to be physically, emotionally & economically secure.
