We are here to support them and advise them as they grow, guiding them to use technology and automation to help grow their business effectively.\n\n**Job Description**\n\nYou will be working with team members around the world, overseeing the completion of support tickets, developing client requirements into technical requirements, creating and sending task estimations, and ensuring work is delivered on time and to client specification. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert. \n\n \n\n\n**Responsibilities**\n\n* Coordinating tasks with the team\n* Talking to clients to understand their problems and requirements\n* Learn internal systems and client systems\n* Provide direction and advice on solutions\n\n\n**Qualifications**\n\n* At least one year of experience as a project manager, overseeing IT, technical or digital projects.\n* Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills\n* Knowledge of project management tools\n* Working proficiency in written and spoken English\n* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skills\n* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)\n\n\n**Salary and Benefits**\n\n$1200-$1500 USD per month, depending on experience. Paid leave on UK Bank Holidays, 10 days at discretion and birthday.
