Voltz Labs (voltz.xyz) is a legitimate DeFi protocol for Interest Rate Swaps with significant historical backing and technical innovation. However, the project submission itself is of extremely poor quality, containing factually incorrect claims (e.g., 'most people have used my product', audience is 'everyone'). While the underlying technology and legitimate URL prevent a negative score, the lack of verifiable data in the submission and the nonsensical traction claims severely cap the Proof of Usefulness score.
