Validatech S. L. is a start-up company that integrates more than 25 years of experience contributing tailor-made solutions for the food sector. Quality products are constantly produced that comply with current regulations and can create and document evidence of these good manufacturing practices. Implement a global quality system to ensure and demonstrate the quality of products through the annual qualification / validation and a process of continuous verification of the equipment involved in manufacturing, and therefore set up a master plan of validation where the risk assessment, microbiological controls and data integrity are a priority. We generate a master plan of validations for the global management of quality and food safety configured in several phases: characterization, optimization, predictive model of analysis and automation of audible document management. We draw up unequivocal documentation for the approval of any of the regulations in force within the GFSI (FSSC 22000, IFS and BRC). We generate the Performance Qualification validations of new equipment to adapt them to the needs of our clients and we carry out the microbiological studies of indicator and / or pathogenic microorganisms (monocytogenic listeria, salmonella, Clostridium perfringens ...). We adapt a market-leading tool to the size of the customer for real-time monitoring of the variables of flow, pressure, temperature, etc. of the equipment. This industrial IoT platform allows us to connect, build, analyze, manage and certify the behavior of computers 24/7. It is a unique and innovative monitoring tool with the ability to generate predictive diagnostics, which together with machine learning provides real-time information, production improvements, energy savings and automated document management which includes change controls.
