Tunnelight is a SaaS startup utilizing AI and machine learning to connect unhoused individuals with essential government and community resources, also serving as a case management system for caseworkers. Its goal is to enhance access to vital services and improve the lives of the unhoused population. Focused on collecting data on the unhoused population in real time and connectivity to streamline street outreach. We strive to build authentic relationships with those affected by homelessness, placing empathy, compassion, and dignity at the core of our approach. By actively listening and valuing their experiences, we aim to create an environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and understood.
