Trident is building Mariner, a first-in-class, full-stack machine learning operations (MLOps) platform for the life sciences. Mariner makes it easy for scientists and machine learning engineers to design, build, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning models based on biology and chemistry-specific data types. We are using our combined expertise in computational biology and machine learning to automate the sanity checks, boilerplate code, best practices, and version control logic that support a superior life science-specific MLOps workflow.
