The project 'TrackMyGymLtd' presents a logical B2B concept for optimizing gym equipment usage via sensors and surveys. However, the submission is critically undermined by a lack of verifiable evidence. The domain 'trackmygym.com' appears inactive or unindexed, and the claim that 'most people have used my product' is demonstrably false for a niche B2B tool. Additionally, the audience is incorrectly identified as 'everyone,' and financial claims are inconsistent with the lack of a digital footprint. The score reflects a 'ghost' project with minimal to no verifiable traction.

Description
TrackMyGym does temporary deep dive analysis of gyms, generally before big investments in equipment refurbs take place. There is no better way to buy new equipment for a gym than according to what the gym members demand for equipment is. There is no better way of predicting what a specific gyms member demand will be next week, than what it was last week. 1) Attach discrete wireless sensors to all the equipment, 1 or 2 weeks. 2) Conduct 200 - 300 face to face surveys with members Very advanced software combines these data sources and creates a "voice of the customer" system. We have over 15 yrs experience working with, and learning from, some of the worlds leading gym operators. 1) Identifying and quantifying excess / underutilized equipment = Money Pits that suck profitability from the gym floor. If members don't use equipment it does not generate income, but still incurs the depreciation cost + space rent cost + heating, lighting, energy costs, servicing, staff costs which results in equipment and parts of the gym floor losing money. 2) Identify and quantify equipment shortages = lost revenue and unhappy members. Equipment shortages not only create unhappy members, but most importantly limit the amount of time members can spend using that equipment. Limiting time using the equipment type limits the revenue it can generate and caps membership growth. TrackMyGym can not only identify equipment bottlenecks, but also calculate how many more members, and how much more profit a gym can generate by solving these equipment bottlenecks. 3) Optimize the gym floor layout. With the use of advanced Return on Investment gym floor maps, it is now possible to view the gym floor as a profit centre, identifying precisely how much profit or loss each piece of equipment is making Analysing a gym floor as a profit centre enables huge efficiencies in purchasing gym equipment and allocating precious floor space for it, resulting in huge gains in profitability and happier members
