The submission raises significant red flags due to highly exaggerated and unverifiable claims. While the core idea of leveraging Open Data for neighborhood analytics has baseline utility, asserting an audience reach of 'everyone' and traction where 'most people have used my product' drastically undermine credibility. Listing 'all time marketcap: 2500000' as monthly revenue is nonsensical for a standard software service, suggesting either a profound misunderstanding of business metrics or potentially a misleading crypto project. As a result of these unsubstantiated inputs, the project scores below zero.

Project Details

Description
Helping developers and investors understand and use data to affect neighborhoods. We bring a software solution to a personal service sector. We have created, and are constantly developing, problem specific software tools that allow our customers to quickly understand neighborhoods, and with a few clicks of a mouse, initiate changes within those neighborhoods. Another unique element of our business model is that we can efficiently identify and correct inaccuracies/omissions in existing datasets. We focus on distressed, but gentrifying neighborhoods, generally in Open Data cities, where current service-based activity is minimal. By utilizing automation, especially machine learning, and tapping into preexisting data networks, such as municipal Open Data Portals, we can quickly scale to meet the needs of communities nationwide. We are your first stop when looking at somewhere new, and part of your safety net to protect where you already are.
