The Sports Analytics Club Program

The Sports Analytics Club Program (SACP) is dedicated to making the United States globally competitive in the fields of Data Science and AI. We address structural and systemic challenges by increasing access to data science education. Access and opportunity must be provided to under-resourced and under-encouraged populations. WHY THIS MATTERS -Youth in under-resourced and under-encouraged populations do not have the full opportunity to explore data science and AI careers. -By providing access through our data science clubs, we help students develop an interest and gain experience that may inspire them to pursue careers in these fields. From data analysis to machine learning to data visualization, our clubs offer a range of opportunities to develop skills needed for Data Science and AI careers. Our members have access to cutting-edge tools and technologies and can work on projects across a variety of sports, from basketball to soccer to baseball.
