The AI Chatbot Alfie is backed up by live operators who are specifically and professionally trained and certified by the company to provide counselling services. Alfie is also a triage tool and is offered to youth and mental health charities and other social enterprises as an outreach tool on a non-profit basis to allow them to handle many more calls and prioritise those that need immediate attention. Talk2Alfie also wants to collaborate with other youth outreach organisations so that we can provide the best advice and outreach for those in need.
