Who is T2 Digital? T2 Digital is a results-driven eCommerce and MarTech consultancy that will lead and manage the build out of your digital customer experiences, or will serve in an advisory capacity from the ideation phase through launch and ongoing support. Why us? As a sole proprietor, I've been building eCommerce and digital marketing suites for over 20 years, for both B2C and B2B brands. I led the team that built and scaled the first eCommerce business for Carhartt, achieving a 43% CAGR over an 8-year period. Me and my team launched the eCommerce business at Pet Supplies Plus, including the Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) pilot and the roadmap to deliver from store. I've also scaled eCommerce businesses and digital marketing experiences for brands like Art Van Furniture, FRAM, TRICO and J&L Industrial Supply (acquired by MSC Industrial Supply). What sets T2 Digital apart? Providing UX solutions using data-driven marketing strategies, customer segmentation models, machine-learning/AI predictive tools, predictive analytics and A/B testing to personalize the customer journey, and using OKR's to guide the product development roadmap and improve the ROI of your investments.
