We are a team of 46, distributed across the country with a remote-first team culture. The SwingSearch team is made up of senior, experienced recruiters, executive researchers and startup operators who have scaled companies from Seed to IPO and understand the dynamic skills and characteristics it requires to lead in startup mode.
