We are a boutique management consulting firm providing advisory and consulting services in working capital optimization. We specialize in order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes and technology, helping our clients improve receivables and payables performance, and develop technology that scales and adapts as business evolves. The practice is founded on over two decades experience in process definition and optimization, product design, and technology deployment in this space, matured with some of the most recognizable brands globally, including Amazon, Yahoo, American Power Conversion (now Schneider Electric) and XPO Logistics. We built and managed systems and processes for companies spanning from digital advertising to transportation and logistics, cloud computing, retail, and more. The diversity of our experience uniquely positions us to effectively assess our clients’ performance, benchmark it against best in class, identify improvement opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and guide them through execution. We provide services to two types of organizations: - To FinTech companies developing solutions in the Revenue Cycle (CRM, Order Management, Billing, Receivables) and Payments (Vendor Management, Accounts Payable) space, we provide product design and development consulting, including product strategy advice, solutions design, requirements vetting and documentation, and roadmap development. - To B2B companies wanting to improve the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, and in turn optimize working capital, we provide process and technology assessment and optimization advice using our proprietary framework, we identify and document improvement opportunities, help develop a data strategy and KPI trees enabling AI and Machine Learning to sustain improvements over time, and offer support with project execution if required, including technology development through our network of trusted partners.
