The submission addresses an important domain (AI and Law) and holds theoretical value as an educational or research tool. However, it exhibits a severe lack of technical depth, unrealistic audience claims ('everyone'), and unverifiable, exaggerated financial metrics ('all time marketcap: 500000'). Given the vague evidence of traction and minimal technical implementation detailed, it scores as an unproven, early-stage concept with high uncertainty.

Description
StatusQuo.ai’s mission is to explore and understand the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Law; to study AI’s development, dynamics, and capabilities; and to identify and assess AI’s impact on Law and Society. StatusQuo.ai is an exercise in legal imagination. Due to the ever-changing and maturing state of Artificial Intelligence technologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, etc.) and the lack of adjudication on AI-related issues, we believe in using a case-based approach to identify the consequences of AI and the relevant precedent in law and society. By studying the technical capabilities and progress of AI, each of our situational case studies start by presenting a narrative that demonstrates the potential ethical, legal, and social consequences of a specific AI technology. We then determine the legal implications of the narrative and identify relevant precedent or antecedents for the case. Our cases are designed to exhibit, discuss, and resolve the relevant ethical, legal, or technical dilemmas that will arise from the use of AI. We hope that this compendium of new AI-related Case Studies, written in a case format that is familiar to any law/business school student in America, provide additional legal insight and context to lawyers, policymakers, or technologists engaged in the domain of AI.
