The tool helps quickly navigate calls, extract the exact information of interest and enable rich collaboration resulting in 1) significant productivity gains; and 2) better investment decisions/advice/reports. The service is a cloud native service that can be used directly through a portal (that can be customized as needed) or seamlessly integrated in an enterprise’s environment through REST APIs. - IVR IVR systems are an integral part of communications between a business and its customers. We are working on a service that will address the seasonal scalability needs of a business and still ensure smooth customer engagement.
