Description
SleekSpace is an agentic AI home services platform that acts as a digital project manager for homeowners and contractors. Its AI project manager, Peyton, helps define project scope, estimate costs, identify materials, match homeowners with qualified pros, and manage communication, change orders, and project progress. The goal is to remove the chaos from home improvement by making projects faster, clearer, and easier to execute.
Audience Reach
SleekSpace’s audience reach includes U.S. homeowners, property owners, landlords, real estate investors, and home service professionals who need a faster, more transparent way to scope, estimate, manage, and complete home projects. The U.S. home improvement market was valued around $535B in 2024, and owner-occupied homes make up a major share of U.S. housing, giving SleekSpace a large national addressable audience across both homeowner demand and contractor supply.
Target Users
SleekSpace is for homeowners who need projects done without the stress of finding, vetting, and managing contractors and for home service professionals who want clearer project scopes, better customer communication, and less administrative work.
It is also useful for landlords, property managers, real estate investors, and short-term rental owners who need a faster, more organized way to manage repairs, remodels, and maintenance projects.
Technologies
Other, SleekSpace is built with a React Native / Expo mobile front end, an Express.js backend hosted on Vercel, and Supabase for the database and authentication layer. The AI project manager, Peyton, is powered by Claude, with automation support through n8n, payments through Stripe, and planned integrations with tools like Lowe’s/Home Depot, PermitFlow, L&I license verification, and property data sources to support project scoping, materials, permitting, and contractor verification.
Traction Evidence
Evidence of traction: SleekSpace is currently pre-launch, with the MVP built and under active testing as we prepare to submit the app to the Apple App Store by May 15, 2026, if not sooner. We have validated the need through our own home services operations, early product testing, contractor/homeowner workflow design, and continued development of Peyton, our agentic AI project manager, to support project scoping, estimates, materials lists, pro matching, and change orders.
