We are catering and improving over both sides of the market (candidate and recruiter). 1. Candidate: 2018 - 2023 has shown some of the most dark times in the history of job search, where candidates were not getting even an interview even after 100s of job applications and each of these job application take so much time of the candidate. We aim to reduce this traditional time of applying jobs by filling in the redundant information of individual job application by 10x (increasing efficiency 1000%) by creating a system where candidate would be able to apply to multiple jobs at the click of a button using AI. 2. Recruiter: Traditional Application Tracking System simply provide candidates to the recruiters based on the provided criteria. However they still have complains about the candidate fit. We aim to fix that issue by not only evaluating candidate fit on technical and domain skills but also on soft skills and behavior by creating Candidate Fit Scorecard catering to each job profile.
