Saddle, galardonado con 1 Estrella Michelín y 2 Soles Repsol, abrió sus puertas con el objetivo de convertirse en un clásico contemporáneo de la restauración. Saddle es toda una experiencia en la que destaca el respeto por el producto y la maestría en mezcla de técnicas clásicas y actuales, tanto en el servicio como en la cocina. Para ello, somos el único restaurante en Madrid distribuido en 2 plantas con tres ambientes diferentes: el bar, enfocado a la coctelería ; el gran comedor y por último sus cinco reservados, los cuales ocupan una planta completa.
