Rilla’s building speech analytics AI for the billions of conversations happening in offline sales and service. Think field sales people, retail sales associates, fast food workers, flight attendants, car dealers and so on. \n\nThey talk to customers face to face. From their tablets, phones, or headsets, our app records their conversations, and our software transcribes and analyzes them to help them improve their sales and service.\n\nBasically, everything Google Analytics did for the e-commerce, we're doing for the remaining 80% of commerce that still happens offline today. \n\nWe’re an ERA company, an alumni of the Verizon 5G Labs, and have other great investors, but we have a long way to go. \n\nSo we're looking for great builders to join our team as we get continue to deploy our product with some of the largest companies in the world.
