REUFinder

The mission of REU Finder is to provide an easy way for ALL STEM students to access opportunities and to support individuals, organizations and mentors committed to promoting equity in STEM fields. As a first generation professional I have spent over twenty years working to change the face of STEM through multiple positions in higher education specializing in working with non-traditional students. Although the goal of REUFinder is to make non-traditional the norm. Students, I created REU Finder to give students you a quick and easy way to find paid research positions, scholarships, and internships regardless of GPA, previous experience, or citizenship status. There are enough opportunities for all and my job is to connect you to them. For PI's and REU Program Coordinators: I get it! It is hard to reach the students you want! This is exactly why I created this platform to help you reach the students that you are looking for. Connecting with students is my superpower!! I've run programs for years and reaching students is my forte!! For STEM Mentors: Whether you are running an internship program or you are an informal mentor you want to be sure that your mentees are connected. REU Finder is a one stop shop for resources for your STEM students. Through my website, webinars, and connecting with stakeholders committed to broadening participation in STEM I have a vested interested connecting my students to opportunities or should I say "our students" we're in this together!
