Gaining Momentum

RAD Homes appears to be a legitimate, albeit small, interior design and IoT integration business based in India (Chennai/Kerala), verified via third-party directories like IndiaMart and app stores. However, the submission quality is critically low, featuring significant exaggerations (e.g., claiming 'most people have used my product') and confusing financial metrics ('all time marketcap: 500000'). While the core service of integrating fragmented smart home devices solves a genuine problem, the lack of proprietary technology, hyper-local reach, and unreliable traction data severely limit its Proof of Usefulness score. The project resembles a standard local service provider rather than a high-growth technology venture.

Description
RAD Homes is created with the passion to develop IoT products that offer solutions which are not just smart but intuitive and multi-faceted. In the current eco-system, there are several apps and cloud-based services that make homes ‘smart(er)’ in a fragmented manner. However, such an eco-system does not create a seamless smart home experience. RAD Custom Works brings together home automation solutions and products from different brands in a harmonious fashion, one where a home is truly smart and integrated with various technologies that are enabling the process. We believe that the best way to ensure transition to a new technology is by leveraging existing products/technology in a space and ensuring least possible disruption in the course of the transition to a new technology. A ‘smart home’ is more than just smart devices working on an app or through a voice assistant. Our endeavour is to create a unique and seamless experience while being mindful of the constraints and challenges of the physical environment and requirements of every user in a home.
