QueueBuster is a legitimate, Series A funded POS and business management platform in India with verifiable backing from Chiratae Ventures and Omidyar Network ($8.1M raised). The project demonstrates high real-world utility for MSMEs and has secured partnerships with major brands like HUL and Tata. However, the submission quality was exceptionally poor, containing hyperbolic claims ('most people have used my product', 'everyone') and nonsensical data ('technologies: leadership', erroneous market cap figure). While the underlying business scale (99 employees, ~75k merchants) warrants a high score, the 'Response Quality' and 'Quality Factors' were heavily penalized due to the lazy and inaccurate input.
