While the project presents an interesting, research-backed concept for gamified soft skills assessment, the submission is severely compromised by exaggerated, unverifiable claims regarding traction ('most people have used my product') and audience reach ('everyone'). This results in a very low score indicative of minimal verified traction.

Description
Quantum Kingdom offers a new, dynamic method for assessing soft skills and teamwork through multiplayer video games. We enable organizations to connect teams remotely and evaluate their interpersonal abilities. Our platform reduces the cost and manpower necessary for evaluating teams, while our quantitative analysis tools take the guesswork out of interpersonal assessment. Modern online video games require the same skills needed for effective team dynamics in professional settings. Current generations entering the workforce already have experience with these games. Quantum Kingdom's online gaming platform is built on empirical research to identify factors that predict individual effectiveness in teams, with machine learning techniques employed to derive quantitative measures of each individual’s teamwork skills. The resulting metrics aid instructors, managers, and/or team leaders in effectively intervening to improve individual teamwork skills. Quantum Kingdom is founded by research staff from Sandia National Laboratories and the University of California, Berkeley, with over 50+ years of experience in fields of serious games and cognitive neuroscience. Our research has focused on investigating how video games can assess and improve a person’s abilities both individually and within team settings. All team members have a passion for exploring opportunities to use games in settings beyond entertainment.
