PureBlue is a mission-driven 501c3 organization based in Seattle, Washington, that is uniquely positioned to collaborate with partners to bring forward innovative powerful solutions in the water space. We work across jurisdictions, organizations and institutions to catalyze innovation, connect leaders and equip professionals. By concentrating on technology, education and communication, we are developing a strong community of professionals from industry, government and non-profit entities, and academics committed to create The New World of Water. The world-wide energy landscape has changed dramatically in recent years, moving from coal, oil and gas to renewables. Energy costs have decreased innovation in technology, markets, policies and politics change the way we use and market energy. During the same period, water costs have increased, and water scarcity has become a front-page issue throughout the world. The world of water is just now entering its transformative phase. It’s an exciting time for innovation throughout the water space in technologies, in market approaches, in human attitudes and policy. PureBlue’s sister organization, #Aqualyst is a business catalyst for water technologies with application in water supply and distribution; monitoring, controls, data analytics and machine learning; waste water treatment and reuse; and conservation and habitat restoration. #Aqualyst helps early and mid-stage companies cross the chasm between working prototype and commercial sales by connecting them with resources: experts in design and testing, manufacturing, and marketing; opportunities to partner with industry, municipalities, and academics for specialized lab space, pilots and demonstrations; and coached introductions source of capital.
