PropTron presents as a conceptual proposal rather than a functional business, despite a claimed 2018 launch. The submission relies heavily on future-tense buzzwords (holographic contracts, AI) without technical substance. Critical red flags include the hyperbolic claim that "most people" have used the product, and confusion between revenue and market cap. No verifiable digital footprint exists to support the metrics.

Description
Technology like PropTron can play a disruptive role in the property market by simplifying Real Estate Transactions. Most people who buy or rent a property today still do it via brokers or through websites that list properties like the classifieds page in a newspaper. Indian consumer lacks resources and access for a good legal and banking advice while performing a real estate transaction. However, all that is about to change by PropTron. In the next few years, PropTron will help simplify the property acquisition process, helping all stakeholders breathe easy, our effort is to go mainstream and help retail investors and customers with their property needs. Big Law, Data analytics, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, virtual reality, blockchain – all of these will have significant repercussions for how we invest in and occupy real estate in the future and PropTron will imbibe all these beautiful dimensions of the modern world to give the best solution possible to 1.4 billion Indians. It’s easier said than done because among the stakeholders who will be affected are not just agents but also brokers, lawyers, bankers, and accountants. PropTron users one day perhaps will get to a point in future where they will exchange land parcels across India via a holographic contract or via voice command.
