Property Technologies is an innovative SaaS platform for residential real estate valuation and risk management for institutional investors and banks, based on EBA guidelines. The platform provides automated valuation model for residential properties to accelerate the valuation process during mortgage loan origination; it also provides a tool for Mass Appraisal for mortgage property portfolio for mortgage lenders and banks. The innovative model integrates various modelling techniques and with help of Machine Learning and AI to value properties that helps in providing accurate Automated Valuation for properties with sufficient Comparable Data and as well as for properties with imprecise or insufficient comparative data. This algorithm helps to build a solution not only for advanced countries like UK and US, those are using AVM’s but also countries like India, Italy, Poland, Greece, Middle East Countries, South Africa etc. Our team consists of experienced Industry Professionals and academicians from various Universities of UK, Poland, and Italy. Each member in the team has over decades of experience in the field of Valuation.
