The submission proposes a relevant industrial IoT toolkit but is heavily penalized for unsubstantiated, exaggerated claims ('everyone' uses it, 'most people have used my product'). The project is clearly in the concept phase, serving as a pitch for development partners rather than a mature product. Quality multipliers are set to 0.5 across the board due to vague, unverifiable, and contradictory inputs.

Description
Projexsys is now working on a new software toolkit called Dyana™ and is looking for open source development and business partners. Dyana makes it straightforward to apply open source data science and machine learning to the plant floor, corporate production operations & the Industrial Internet of Things. OPC UA will provide Dyana with direct access to OPC compatible systems from Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric-Wonderware and other leading industrial software companies. Dyana’s Machine Learning capabilities plan to include R Language and R Studio based: Decision Trees, Decision Forests and Neural Networks and Recurrent Neural Networks that can analyze the relationships between real-time process variables such as control variables, categorical variables, production rates, first pass Inspection rates, uptime/downtime, real-time OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations, and machine vision data from inspection of parts. Existing machine intelligence tools can help quality personnel, manufacturing/industrial engineers, process engineers and production/financial analysts, but these existing machine intelligence tools are expensive, hard to learn, not easy to use, and time consuming to apply. Dyana should solve the above problems in a straightforward manner. Projexsys plans to make templates available in vertical market applications for production operations. Each Dyana template will feature detailed explanations of how the specific vertical market application could use simulation, statistical modeling and machine learning. Projexsys is looking for open source development and business partners to fully commercialize Dyana. Please contact me if you would like to explore partnering with Projexsys, Inc.
