You're In Business

The submission for 'Project Realization' presents significant red flags and contradictions. While the description outlines a standard technical consultancy, the claims of 'everyone' as the audience and 'most people have used my product' are demonstrably false for a B2B service. The revenue metric ('all time marketcap: 500000') is incoherent and inconsistent with the claimed team size of 30 people (which would require significantly higher operational capital). The submitter name 'AncientShade' appears to be a gamer tag, and the email format suggests a non-professional or test entry. Due to unverifiable claims, lack of evidence, and poor response quality, the project receives a near-zero usefulness score.

Description
At Project Realization we are passionate about delivering technical projects and work with organisations large and small in both the public and private sectors to help them get their project out the door. This does not mean we sacrifice quality; we know the significance of applying appropriate processes to improve quality and remove unplanned rework so that the overall process speeds up. This is backed-up by our experience and understanding of developing business-critical systems in regulated environments. Our experience covers the full end-to-end software development lifecycle from Proof of Concept, to Prototype, formal development, Pre-Production, volume manufacture and Aftermarket/Support. We support the development of software based projects and products for IT, web, and embedded systems, including experience of safety-related systems. The market sectors we operate in include automotive, aerospace, rail, telecoms, police and emergency services, security and public sector. We work with multi-disciplinary development teams and cross-functional teams with specialists in software, electronics, mechanical, environmental, manufacturing support and aftermarket. We are often involved in timescale critical projects or turnaround projects with high visibility to senior stakeholders at Programme, Director and CEO level, often where the project is already in mid-flight. Our experience includes managing in-house, outsourced and offshore software teams in Europe and India. In addition PRL has its own small development capability that enables a client to offload specific workpackages so they can maintain focus on the key elements of a project. We also offer training courses in agile project management and agile development approaches such as scrum and kanban, where we bring together some of the underlying theory and our practical experience of using these approaches to accelerate development timescales and improve quality.
