Private Liquidity Partners (PLP) is a secondary investment fund focused on late-stage private companies. We partner with employees and early investors of venture-backed companies to provide funding to exercise stock options, pay taxes, and/or enable diversification of holdings. Having been entrepreneurs, employees, angel investors, and venture fund investors, we have walked in the sellers' shoes and are recognized as trusted partners. PLP leverages AI and machine learning to identify promising private companies (Series C or later). PLP conducts fundamental due diligence, negotiates, and prices investments, leveraging deep networks, extensive operating experience, and financial and structuring expertise.
