Posh Technologies is a well-established Series A Fintech company (approx. $45M funding, 67+ employees) delivering substantial value to the banking/credit union sector. While the submission itself contained low-effort placeholders (e.g., claiming 'most people have used my product' and audience is 'everyone'), external verification confirms strong real-world traction, patent-pending AI technology spun out of MIT, and significant market adoption. The score reflects the high utility and proven business model, adjusted downward slightly for the poor quality of the specific data entry provided.

Description
Spun out of MIT's AI Lab in summer 2018, Posh (https://www.posh.tech/) is a Boston-based startup with a mission of \"powering more natural conversations\" using cutting-edge Conversational AI.\n\nWe help companies, especially credit unions and banks, better connect with their customers and automate their contact center workflows. Our AI Platform spans messaging and voice channels: \n\n1) Intelligent chatbots that can contextualize and remember conversations \n2) Phone technology that eliminates the need for touchpad menus and automates call center workflows\n\nWe have patent-pending IP and our platform is omni-channel with a central backend and open API suite (so we can seamlessly integrate with any backend APIs and services). \n\nWe work out of the DCU FinTech Innovation Center in downtown Boston, and are alumni of MassChallenge Fintech. Previously, we participated in the Underscore UFirst and MIT Delta V accelerators. In the past 9 months we have tripled our customers, quadrupled our revenue, and doubled our staff. We’re growing fast, and we are seeking talented people to help us navigate this high growth period.\n\nWhen we’re not hard at work polishing our latest platform features or deploying new customer bots, you can find us having lunch together in Dewey Square or Post Office Square Park, heading over to Chinatown for end-of-day boba runs, or bonding during Friday happy hours and game nights. We'd love to meet you over a food truck lunch to further discuss!
