Gaining Momentum

Okos Doboz (Wizper Kft.) is a verifiable, established ed-tech player in Hungary with significant historical traction (4M exercises, 10 years operation). However, the submission itself is of low quality, featuring hyperbolic claims ('most people have used my product'), nonsensical financial data ('marketcap: 50000'), and poor audience definition ('everyone'). The project has high real-world utility and verified local market fit, but the evaluation is penalized for the unprofessional presentation and lack of concrete, global growth metrics.

Description
Wizper Kft. was founded in 2013 with the aim of developing innovative digital educational content for primary school students in Hungary, taking into account the digital behaviour of users and combining the elements of gamified education and graphical e-learning solutions. Over the past years, the company's activities covered both the development of digital educational content and the development of online educational frameworks. During recent years, Wizper developed over 10,000 illustrated gamified digital learning objects, 65 cognitive games, 160 animated educational videos and several education frameworks. Wizper Kft has implemented several major projects as a major and dynamically expanding player of the Hungarian digital educational content development market. Wizper manages one of Hungary’s most frequently visited education portal www.okosdoboz.hu. Smart Box has around 3000 unique visitors a day and over 4 million digital exercises were solved on the site during the last academic year. Smart Box is an interactive exercise based digital education aid that contains 6,600 illustrated gamified learning objects, 30 cognitive games and 160 educational animations. The portal focuses on primary school children. Most recently, Wizper has developed the prototype of a general-purpose adaptive learning system and its administrative framework, together with an example curriculum used for piloting/validating the system. The example curriculum developed is aimed at children aged 12 to 14 years, and covers the subject of the health and biology of the human body. The Digital Health Book is made up of 150 illustrated information slides, 100 educational animations and nearly 900 illustrated gamified digital exercises. The unique curriculum functions as a digital book, offering illustrated content and interactive learning objects.
