Oakreativ is a verified, legitimate Shopify agency based in New Zealand, founded by an ex-Shopify Plus developer. While the real-world utility of the services is clear and the business has verifiable traction (Shopify Partner status, international clients), the submission quality was extremely poor. The input contained demonstrable falsehoods regarding reach ('everyone') and traction ('most people have used my product'), and used confusing terminology for revenue ('marketcap').
