NxtCure is a clinical research technology company using AI to improve how patients, providers, and researchers connect with clinical trials. We address key gaps in trial access, matching, and design: • Patients often qualify for trials but lack visibility. • Providers lack efficient tools to connect care with research. • Researchers face enrollment delays due to restrictive criteria. Our platform allows secure uploads of de-identified EHRs from patients or health systems. We use machine learning to: • Match individuals to active trials based on diagnosis and eligibility • Predict trial completion and likely outcomes • Flag common disqualifiers to support inclusive study design We collaborate with hospitals, researchers, and sponsors to improve trial design, streamline recruitment, and expand access. Our goal is to make clinical research more practical, data-driven, and reflective of real patient populations.
