NIRture (or DeepWing) appears to be an early-stage student project from the University of Cambridge MedTech Foundation addressing a valid clinical need (post-operative flap monitoring). However, the submission is heavily penalized for demonstrably false claims regarding traction ('most people have used my product') and audience reach ('everyone'). No verifiable commercial footprint or live product exists.
