Previous collaborations include data integration and visualization projects with University Hospital Southampton, Amsterdam UMC, Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital, and Radboudumc, Nijmegen, where we supported bespoke pipeline development, hypothesis generation through visualization, and advanced analytics including Topological Data Analysis (TDA).
