We focus on building technical solutions for non-tech founders as well as build our in-house indigenous SaaS applications.\n\nWe are currently working on first-of-its-kind products in agritech, e-sports and mental health sectors. Additionally we are building in-house products in the home-business and travel segments.\n\nAs an early member of TNL Tech, you'll have the opportunity to work across all business functions be it technology, operations, product planning and others. It's 100% up to you whether you wish to work cross-domain or stick to your professional role.\n\n**RESPONSIBILITIES**\n* Build functionality and design UIs across multiple apps keeping simplicity, scalability and user experience in mind. Involves designing, coding, testing, debugging and deploying activities\n* Own the front-end work including design, development, performance and bug-fixing\n* Develop and maintain software including applications, integrations, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements\n* Cross-browser and cross-device testing, performance and accessibility testing\n* Manage project, functional docs, provide tech support and other activities under SDLC\n* Work with engineers, designers, stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for the users \u0026amp; the business\n\n**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST**\n* *Be proficient in Javascript \u0026amp; other web technologies* - You are a seasoned developer with a proven track record of taking ideas from scratch to the sky!\n* *Be a tech enthusiast* - Be it linux networking or AWS architecture, you possess broad knowledge of numerous software domains\n* *Aim for perfection* - Perfection comes from observations, iterations and innovations. You can look at the bigger picture and implement the best practices. Be it in the app code, in the team workflow, or the whole business process.\n* *Be passionate about learning* - Figuring out issues and possibilities should come from within. And this learning shouldn’t be limited to your skill set or job profile.\n* *Be a resourceful team player* - If you are looking for a well-defined, structured role with fixed responsibilities we are probably not the right fit. We expect you to come figure stuff out with us!\n\n**REQUIREMENTS**\n* Minimum two enterprise/live projects experience working with UI Development using JavaScript (ReactJS preferred), and CSS\n* Candidate should be comfortable with converting UI designs to live screens, creating custom/from-scratch UIs using CSS, Javascript and ReactJS if needed\n* Fundamentally clear, conceptually strong developers with inquisitiveness for all that's new in this domain \n* An agile mindset focused on delivering quality code over fast code \n* Experience of early/growth stage startups is a plus\n\n**Is This For You?**\nThink about this, you get a crazy idea about a new app that would change the world (or atleast your life).
