Livit Co-living

Co-living is cohabitation of people with access to common areas like cafeteria, common kitchens, game room, gaming room, movie room, gym, multi-purpose courts, library, etc. that enables a community-led living. A typical co-living property has a structure similar to that of a hotel, where you have common areas on the first 2 floors and rest of the floors only have rooms with attached bathroom and small kitchenette. Housekeeping, Wi-fi, food, security etc. are all taken care of by the co-living company. The properties are fully furnished and each person gets a personal bed, study table, wardrobe, etc. so they just have to move in with 2 bags. Along with this, you celebrate each festival, birthday, special event with the people living with you inside the property - the community!
