Kensington & Chelsea TMO is the largest Tenant Management Organisation in England, managing nearly 10,000 properties on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We are unique in social housing as the only borough-wide organisation to give tenants genuine control over the management of their homes. We are committed to keeping residents and customers at the centre of everything we do and have more than 4000 members registered to have a say in how we are run. We regularly run resident focus groups, surveys and events to ensure we are meeting our residents needs. We are passionate about raising housing service standards and expectations by delivering good quality and accessible services to all our residents through our offices in the north and south of the borough. We are working to grow our business to meet the needs of residents, and are committed to remaining a leader in the housing industry.
