Kaynes International Design & Manufacturing (KIDM) is a Joint Venture Enterprise (JVE) subsidiary of Kaynes Technology India (KTI) in partnership with Mohlenhoff Gmbh (MOE) and Business Gaurdians Gmbh (BG). KIDM was officially incorporated in November 2018, shortly after formalizing the JVE agreement. KIDM is an Exports Only Unit (EOU), with an Objective to provide State of Art Infrastructure in Electronics Design and Contract Manufacturing services for overseas customers more so in the European Union. The company is located in Mysore, operating out of a new 5000 sq feet unified shop floor and factory. The facility is setup according to international manufacturing standards.
