Gaining Momentum

While Just Appraised addresses a genuine need in the GovTech space by streamlining local government tax workflows, this specific submission is riddled with hyperbolic and unsupported claims (e.g., reach of 'everyone', 'most people have used my product'). The contradictory traction metrics and extremely poor response quality significantly hurt its credibility, resulting in substantial penalties to the overall score.
