You're In Business

The submission describes the professional portfolio of Julian Von Hassell, a legitimate Angel Investor and former CEO verified via external search. However, the submission quality is critically low, containing demonstrably false claims (e.g., 'most people have used my product', 'audienceReach: everyone') and irrelevant data (Name 'BlazeStone'). The project represents a niche professional service (B2B investment/consulting) rather than a scalable technology product, resulting in minimal scores for innovation and reach. The inconsistencies suggest a low-effort or automated submission.

Description
In the years 2005 till 2016 Julian was instrumental for a multitude of successful M&A transactions stretching in volume between € 100k and € 80,000k. As CEO of numerous public and private entities and as consultant, he successfully engineered IPOs, reengineered distressed entities, and enabled growth and expansion through A-, B- and C financing rounds and trade sales. Julian's latest role as CEO of Social Commerce Group SE in the years 2013 until 2017 saw Julian responsible for getting the company listed at Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard) and XETRA. Julian also transformed the company from a financial holding into a fully operative entity. Having graduated from Cambridge University (UK) in 1985 in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology (MPhil) Julian now follows his personal interest in this field and focuses on helping selected start-ups and founders at (pre) seed stage fulfil their ambitions. Julian chiefly targets German entities and typically invests up to € 100 k per target. He selects 3 targets per year and aims at a multiplier of 5 for his capital after 5 years max. His focus lies on IoT, data analytics, b2b platforms and 3D within industrial domains. Julian loves spin-offs that originate from research foundations & organizations or technical universities, but also looks at other opportunities.
