The submission addresses a genuine problem—burnout and creative stagnation—with a relevant workshop offering. However, the claims regarding traction and reach ('most people have used my product', 'everyone') are highly exaggerated and unsupported for a regional consultancy. Additionally, the reported revenue/market cap is nonsensical, and the contact information appears suspicious. Due to the lack of verifiable technical innovation and vague, hyperbolic claims, the project receives significant quality penalties, placing it squarely in the minimal traction category.

Description
Combining the science of wellbeing with the power of creativity, The Creative Shift offers reflective, thought-provoking experiences designed to prevent burnout, unlock fresh ideas, and build creative confidence in a fast-paced, AI-driven world. Since I was given a diary for my 11th birthday, I’ve known that writing offers a safe space for finding clarity, processing ideas, and experimenting creatively. Research consistently backs this up. Blending visual art, creative writing, and storytelling, our workshops support teams to pause, reflect, and unlock new ideas. From creative thinking and critical reflection to emotional wellbeing and team resilience, our sessions are designed to support better thinking, deeper connection, and more imaginative leadership. Led by writer, educator and art historian Dr Joanna Wolfarth, The Creative Shift offers: • Workplace wellbeing & burnout prevention sessions • Creative thinking & innovation workshops • Team storytelling & visual reflection • Special focus sessions for female leaders & parent-founders • “Thread & Thought” monthly creative sessions for individuals No writing or art experience needed. Delivered online or in-person (London & SE UK). Let’s reimagine work, one creative shift at a time.
