HRMNY is a digital platform built to reduce time, cost, and complexity in adult social care assessments. It supports assessors and local authorities through automation, integration, and dignity-first design. Across the UK, tens of thousands of adults are subject to statutory mental health and capacity assessments each year. In 2022–23 alone, an estimated 49,325 individuals died while waiting for a DoLS decision, their liberty never formally protected under the law. Each delayed case represents a person’s rights on hold, a family in distress, and a public authority at risk of legal challenge. These assessments, which include DoLS authorisations, Care Act evaluations, Section 49 Court of Protection reports, and COP3 capacity certifications, are currently hindered by paperwork duplication, fractured workflows, and chronic delays. The system is struggling to cope, resulting in significant backlogs and missed legal deadlines. Through integrated automation, AI-assisted form filling, and seamless integration with local authority systems, HRMNY restores compliance, improves outcomes, and relieves pressure on frontline staff.
