Description
The Higgaion Protocol is a formally verified, crash-recoverable state machine that enables true zero-downtime migration to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) for enterprise custody networks.
It defeats the “Store Now, Decrypt Later” threat and CNSA 2.0 deadlines by letting legacy nodes keep verifying classical signatures (e.g. secp256k1) while new nodes adopt ML-DSA-87 / ML-KEM-1024 via disjunctive (OR-mode) hybrid verification, no coordination, no downtime, no split-brain risk.
