Humans have infinite potential. All they need is something or someone to augment it and they outperform every expectation. It is this intrinsic belief that GrowthSource is built on. Whatever we do, has "Augmenting Human Potential" at the core of it. In our largest vertical, we develop Learning content in both ILT as well as e-Learning formats. We are deeply entrenched in creating Learning content under the Skill India Initiative for various Sector Skill Councils, thus serving teh youth of our country. Our Instructional Designers, Graphic designers, e-learning developers and animators have been churning out learning content, gamifications and interactive content which has been benefiting the learners across NSDC eco-system and Corporate alike. GS Academi, our second vertical curates courses and offers it to the people at large. Our Neuroscience course had participants from across 7 countries and 3 continents. Our Third vertical deals with Technology, especially Learning and HR technology. We are IBM partners and offer their full bouquet of SAAS based software. Human potential augmentation is never complete without one on one coaching. We thus are coming out with Coaching as a Service to corporate and individuals. We want to see people realize their potential and make this world a better place.
