Great Designs Integrated Innovations Limited focuses on innovative ways to solve business and economic problems through people and business development. It was formed in 2020 by a team of experienced professionals from diverse fields, with over 17 years of experience in handling tens of successful major projects under private and public sectors in Nigeria. The company has three arms which handles (a) Research and Development (R&D), (b) Training and Prototype Development, and (c) Human Resources Management (HRM). The three arms act interdependently to give three layers of innovative coat for each solution. The R&D arm focuses on open innovation through deep research; the training arm uses novel techniques to enhance the performance and productivity of people and also this arm ensures growing patented works; finally, the HRM arm is focused on putting an umbrella for SMEs to operate like, parley and compete with large organizations, in more ways than Human Resources.
