You're In Business

Full Stack at Brown is a legitimate student organization at Brown University providing pro-bono web development services to the campus community. While the project demonstrates clear local utility and educational value, the submission suffers from significant exaggeration regarding reach ('everyone') and traction ('most people have used my product'). External verification confirms a portfolio of student-focused projects (e.g., 'hours.cs.brown.edu') and hackathons, but the project's scale is strictly limited to the university ecosystem, placing it in the 0-100 range relative to commercial technology benchmarks.

Project Details

Description
Our mission is to facilitate a community of full stack developers, provide members with opportunities to hone and showcase their skills through hands-on experience, and to educate others about the intricacies of full stack development. Founded in 2019, Full Stack at Brown was created to be a club focused first and foremost on developing full stack projects. Although the club hosts the occasional workshops, Full Stack at Brown wants to utilize the talents of its members to create actual projects for the Brown community and beyond. Full Stack at Brown aims to promote the work of its members to the world and encourage them to further improve their technical abilities. FSB works with other clubs at Brown by creating applications, websites, and other projects upon request. FSB also hosts hands-on technical workshops open to the Brown community to encourage others to pursue full stack development as a career or just a hobby.
