Flow State Analytics is a start-up focused on providing data-driven solutions for zero-emission transportation and its supporting energy networks. Flow State is led by clean transportation industry veteran Jason Hanlin. Throughout his career as the Director of Technology Development at the non-profit Center for Transportation and the Environment (CTE), he has been at the forefront of cutting-edge projects and programs aimed at promoting zero-emission technical solutions. In this role, he’s had a particular focus on transportation systems, all-electric and fuel cell vehicles and their propulsion systems, as well as the energy supply infrastructure to support them. This work has included assembling teams, securing the funding, and managing the deployment for these projects. Managing over $80 million in advanced technology projects for private, federal, and state sponsors, Mr. Hanlin has demonstrated a track record of initiating and successfully executing turn-key, clean energy projects. His involvement in pioneering hydrogen and fuel cell projects, battery electric vehicle development, and advanced vehicle systems has shaped the landscape of clean energy environment we have today. FSA is passionate about, and has a proven ability to leverage, advanced data analytics, including modeling and simulation tools to drive informed decision-making and enhance performance, reliability, and emissions-reductions in clean energy projects. Machine learning expertise, dating back to work at Delta Airlines, has led to the development of accurate predictive models that ensure optimized solutions over various conditions, which has been widely adopted by the industry.
