We offer two broad services: #1 Board Effectiveness Our approach starts by working with boards to transition from a conformance focus to a performance mindset ready to navigate the future disruption their organisations face - from AI, VR to Cyber. We help boards by performing board evaluations or focused interventions in areas including: structure, dynamics, individuals and overall performance. #2 Executive Effectiveness We support executives and their teams to identify and build the performance factors needed to thrive in their unique future external circumstance. Whether we serve a client as simply a mentor or coach or are involved in a far more complex transformation, we always follow a mix of our proprietary frameworks and approaches mixed with critical friend enquiry. We act as a critical friend working with the collective, committtees/teams, key roles and individual leaders to ensure the full system is thoroughly aligned through our probing enquiry balanced with a developmental ethos. We collaborate with our ecosystem partners to ensure we bring the best to each assignment. Our focus, no matter what the size of the assignment, starts by treating each client as unique, working back from what actions and developments will be needed crafted carefully with each Leader.
