The project 'Favor' (formerly The Pill Club) was a legitimate telehealth service that successfully served over 2 million patients; however, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2023 following a $18.3M settlement for Medicaid fraud. The service has ceased independent operations, with assets acquired by Thirty Madison. The submission itself appears to be low-quality or automated (e.g., submitter 'StarClaw', traction claim 'most people', launch date 2013 vs actual 2016). Due to the cessation of operations, substantiated fraud allegations, and the low quality of the submission data, the score is heavily penalized.

Description
We are Favor: A wellbeing coalition committed to supporting women and people who menstruate in their health journey. We’re bringing together doctors, nurses, dermatologists, pharmacists, patient care advocates, and policy experts to ensure our members feel seen and supported while getting the care they need whenever they want, wherever they are.\n\nSix years ago we started by solving the inherent, unnecessary hassle tied to birth control. We built a new system, because the current one failed us. By creating an accessible, affordable, and convenient experience, we’ve served more than two million patients nationwide and counting.\n\nWomen and people who menstruate have long been dismissed, talked over and often ignored by health providers. At Favor, we know this because many of us have lived it. We’re evolving from a single-point solution focused on birth control delivery \u0026 reproductive healthcare to a digital health platform that offers prescription skin care, over-the-counter skin care, period care, and other sexual wellness items. We accept most major forms of insurance, Medicaid in select states, and offer affordable out-of-pocket options too. \n\nFavor is the place to go when you want to get treated right.
